President’s Message (2026–2027)

The future of the cosmetics and personal care industry is being shaped by science, innovation, and responsibility. Rapid advances in cosmetic technology, evolving consumer expectations, and an increasing global focus on sustainability, product safety, and regulatory compliance are redefining how our industry develops and delivers products.

In this dynamic landscape, the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Science (PSCS) continues to serve as a vital platform for scientific exchange, professional growth, and industry collaboration. Our mission remains clear—to advance cosmetic science and strengthen the community of professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence.

For 2026–2027, PSCS will champion technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and global engagement through scientific seminars, industry programs such as FormulaCare and the Cosmetic Garden, and strategic collaboration with government agencies, academia, and international partners including the IFSCC.

Together, we will continue to elevate Philippine cosmetic science and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the global cosmetic science community.
